Our story

It all started with a spark of love for Minny the Dog, a sweet pinscher-chihuahua mix (what many affectionately call a "mini Doberman"), who entered Elena's life in December 2007, changing it for the better:

At first it was pure passion, but rooted in solid foundations: Elena was already passionate about the fashion industry, with professional skills in CAD pattern making and garment manufacturing. Combining this valuable technical background with her love for her new puppy, Elena began creating custom clothes and unique accessories for her.

Soon, Minny's original style caught the attention of people on the street. They kept asking us: "Where do you find such original clothes?" It was at that moment that passion, step by step, transformed into a life project.

In 2013, Elena decided to dedicate herself completely to this activity, with the desire to convey the same love and professional quality to all four-legged friends. The brand's name could only be a tribute to her inspiring muse: thus Minny Dog was born.

Minny Dog Pet Fashion Workshop is a true Artisan Fashion Workshop. We create unique creations designed for the needs of daily life, as well as sophisticated and luxurious items dedicated to both dogs and cats.

We offer two collections a year, Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter, guided by three historical lines born from attention to detail: 

We create each model in limited quantities, to give your Pet a unique and truly special garment. As these are artisanal products, any small imperfections should not be considered defects, but rather the hallmark of artisanal authenticity that makes each piece unique.

Our goal? To offer special gift ideas to reciprocate the unconditional love our Pets give us every day, always guaranteeing the best quality/price ratio.

In 2018 life gave us another gift: Minny Dog Junior arrived, a dwarf pinscher with the great and honorable task of carrying on the name of her older sister. With her, we discovered a new world: a true volcano of energy with a character all to be discovered!

In 2022, our hearts opened again: we adopted and saved a sweet chihuahua mix from the perrera, whom we named Ariel (Aria). Her arrival filled our days with infinite sweetness.

2022 was a year of major turning points: minnydog.it came to life. An e-commerce created to share our heartfelt creations and make them known to pets all over Italy, with the dream and goal, in the near future, of reaching the hearts of pets beyond national borders.

The essence of Minny the Dog, Elena's first dog, from whom everything began, lives on in the first logo: to keep her memory alive, she chose to dedicate a special line to her, the Minny Dog Vintage.

Evolution never stops. With the launch of the new Spring/Summer Collection, Elena wanted to make a special dedication to the new arrival in the family: Ariel. The historical lines are renewed and divided into two main parts:

Exactly one year later, again for the Spring/Summer Collection, Elena decided to take another step forward, introducing an official mascot, dedicating an entire special line to it: Kiki the Koala.

Always an animal lover, Elena was fascinated by the figure of the koala. With its calm movements and peaceful nature, the koala conveys a sense of serenity and protection. This line was created precisely for this: to envelop our beloved pets in a comfortable and safe embrace through our garments. For this reason, the Kiki the Koala Capsule is designed with the soft colors of nature, made through the choice of sustainable and high-quality materials, always processed with the manual care that distinguishes each of our individual pieces.

• Minny Dog Capsule • The Historical Essence
  Our continuous and iconic line that encapsulates the Soul of our Pet Fashion Workshop. Garments of high craftsmanship that combine daily practicality with a timeless and refined style. For this collection, Elena exclusively selects high-quality and sustainable materials, guaranteeing conscious luxury for those who demand excellence. This capsule also includes the special Minny Dog Vintage line, created to keep alive the memory of the first historical logo and celebrate the very first muse from whom everything began, Minny the Dog.

• Ariel - capsule: A special and emotional line, created to celebrate the arrival of little Ariel after her rescue from the perrera. This capsule collection reflects all her sweetness and the joy she has brought into our lives, expressing itself through a palette of vibrant and Latin colors. A fresh, cheerful, and contemporary style made with excellent, eco-conscious, and nature-friendly fabrics, to enhance the personality of the sweetest pets with a touch of original lightheartedness.

   

• Kiki the Koala - capsule: The latest addition to the Minny Dog family, introduced exactly one year later to celebrate our first official mascot. The line was created with the aim of enveloping our pets in a comfortable and secure embrace through our garments. For this reason, the capsule is entirely designed with the soft colors of nature and made with sustainable and high-quality materials, always processed with the manual care that distinguishes each of our creations.
  

Elena has opened the welcoming Boutique area within the laboratory: a magical place where Customers and Pets can immerse themselves in the world of Minny Dog.
